at Schnebly Redland’s Winery
Les Dames d’Escoffier Miami’s chef, farmer and hospitality members will present a bountiful, MMMMiami table centered around artfully prepared, locally grown fruits and vegetables, farm-fresh eggs, fruit breads and pastries and ethnic specialties associated with our diverse region. Schnebly, our country’s southernmost winery, will pour a bevy of exotic bubblies and still wines, along with its newest craft beers. This al fresco feast will be savored at shaded picnic tables; live music will set the tone and a lavish Silent Auction will overflow with epicurean and luxury offerings. THE MENU draws its inspiration from MMMMiami — Tempting Tropical Tastes for Home Cooks Everywhere, Dame Carole Kotkin’s and Miami Herald Food Editor Kathy Martin’s mouthwatering, critically praised cookbook that explores our regionally unique confluence of Caribbean, American and Latin cuisines. Vibrant tropical salads, locally harvested vegetables, citrus-infused ceviche and guava-glazed BBQ ribs are among the boldly flavored dishes that will tantalize tastebuds. (Gluten-Free menu items will also be prominently featured.)
